Cannibal wants out of Jail

   The on going debate has been on how justice should be dispensed While Conservatives seem to want a harsher form of justice, Liberals seem want a softer form. One side arguing that anyone could be rehabilitated while the other side maintained that few were rehabilitatable. They have argued for years about rehabilitation, while missing the question that should have been asked, are there some people that should not be rehabilitated? If so, who are these people. In our series “Justice or Not”, we have an interesting case of a Cannibal wants out of Jail. Watch the video and tell us whether you think he should be freed.
